This facility is dedicated to large-scale production, enabling us to efficiently meet high-volume demand and serve a broad market.
In addition, we own a second facility that houses a smaller, more specialized production line. This site is tailored to niche products and features lines that can produce up to 80,000 bottles per day. The focus here is on high-quality, bespoke products that cater to specific market segments, allowing us to offer unique and customized solutions.

PET Preforms: Pre-molded bottles that are heated and stretched to form the final PET bottles.

1. Machinery:
Preform Loader: Automated system for loading PET preforms into the heating station.
Heat Tunnel or Oven: Heats PET preforms to the appropriate temperature for molding.
Blow Molding Machine: Expands the heated preforms into the final bottle shape using air pressure.
Filling Machine: Fills the PET bottles with the beverage, often equipped with precise volume control.
Capping Machine: Seals filled bottles with caps or closures.
Labeling Machine: Applies labels to the bottles, which can be done through pressure-sensitive labeling or shrink-sleeve application.
