Barite, a name that was derived from the Greek word "barus" (heavy), is the mineralogical name for barium sulfate. In commerce, the mineral is sometimes referred to as "barytes." The term "primary barite" refers to the first marketable product, which includes crude Baryte (run of mine) and the products of simple beneficiation methods, such as washing, jigging, heavy media separation, tabling, flotation, and magnetic separation. It is a relatively inert mineral with a high density and most commonly used as a weighting agent in drilling muds. These high density muds are circulated down the drill stem and return to the surface between the drill stem and the wall of the well. This action effectively flushes the cuttings produced by the drill and carries them to the surface. Baryte is also used as a pigment in paints and as weighted filler for paper and cloth. It is the primary ore of barium. Barite's high density makes it opaque to x-rays. If it is given to a patient as a drink or enema it can be used to image the shape of internal organs by x-ray. Although barite contains a "heavy" metal (barium), it is not a toxic chemical under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, because it is very insoluble. Features Of Barite Baryte is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium. Barite is found in the southern parts of India. It is extracted by both surface and underground mining. It is non-toxic and physically and chemically non-reactive. It is available in hydrous form as well as lumps. Applications Paints Rubber Drilling Cosmetics Paper
Bentonite deposits are normally exploited by quarrying. Extracted bentonite is distinctly solid, with the moisture content of approximately 30%. The material is initially crushed and, if necessary, activated with the addition of soda ash (Na2CO3). Bentonite is dried (air and/or forced drying) to reach a moisture content of approximately 15%. According to the final application, bentonite is either sieved (granular form) or milled (into powder and super fine powder form) or treated with acids to produce acid-activated bentonite (bleaching earths), or treated with organics to produce organoclays. The main constituent, which is the determinant factor in the clay's properties, is the clay mineral montmorillonite. Bentonite is the active protective layer of geosynthetic clay liners. Bentonite has multi-properties including swelling, hydration, water absorption, viscosity, thixotropy, which makes it a multi-application product for diverse industries. Based upon personal relation of the group with some reputed mine owners and manufacturers in backed by their b support, we are able to export wide array of other Natural minerals Like Bentonite, Baryte,Abrasive Garnet, Quartz,Feldspar,Talc, Dolomite,Calcite,China Clay and Fly ash. Bentonite is available in various grades for its diverse applications: Oil well Drilling (Drilling API OCMA Grade) Civil engineering and pilling grade Iron ore palletizing Grade Bentonite Activated Bleaching Earth/Fullers earth Organophilic clay Use as Grouting Material Pigments Inks Paper industry Cat litter grade Electrical Earthting Pharmaceuticals Detergents Other Usages: Water impedance: As a barrier for Wine Clarification, Pond sealing, Wine and Juice clarifying agent. Cements, ceramics plasters: As a plasticizing agent. Insecticides: As a carrier. Insulation: As a binder. Porcelain: As a suspending agent. Sewer pipes: As a lubricant and sealant. Barite, also spelled baryte, is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate (BaSO4). It's generally white or colorless, and is the main source of the element barium. This mineral has a very high specific gravity, which is in the range of 4.1 to 4.5. That's unusually high for a nonmetallic mineral. Barite is found in hydrothermal ore veins, sedimentary rocks like limestone, clay deposits, marine environments, and cavities in igneous rock. It commonly forms as large tabular crystals, clusters of crystals, or divergent plates.

We produce industrial barite in our own mining sites in Turkey (Central Anatolia Region). Our daily capacity is currently 500 tons. We can easily increase the capacity according to the need. As a result of enrichment, we reach 300 microns and 96% BaSOâ?? (Barium sulfate). The color of our barite is white.
Guizhou saboman supply super white barite lumps Products physical and chemical properties: The paint grade barite has BaSO4 content of 96% minimum and has good chemical stability. Its high whiteness makes the product excellent in covering and ensures the purity and adjust-ability of the pigments. It shows high gloss, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, size stability when applied in all kinds of products. Besides, it can also increase the strength of products, absorb radiation and some other special performance.
