Ingredients: sorbotol solution, single and double glycerol fatty acid esters, propylene glycol , polyoxyethylene(20) sorbitan monostearate, sucrose esters of fatty acids, sorbitan monostearate(span 60), propylene glycol ester of fatty acids, water.

Scope of use: pasties of bakery product series. 
Usage : add egg, white granulated sugar, water in mixing bowl such as cake recipe, mix in 4 minutes at low speed. And add cake gel, mix in 5 minutes at high speed, add flour stir well, and put in the mould to bake. 
Dosage : total amount of raw material 1.5%.
Storage : under normal temperature, keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight. 
Shelf life: 18 months
