Kopi Luwak is known as "The Most Expensive Coffee in the World". Kopi Luwak is coffee that is processed through fermentation from inside the civet's stomach. The civets chooses the coffee fruit that is completely ripe perfectly, then eats it. Civets digestion are relative weak, so the coffee beans are not destroyed, but come out with the civet droppings. The dirt is then washed and cleaned, then dried and then processed into green bean civet coffee that is ready for roasting. We only produce Kopi Luwak from wild jungle civets. Our network of farmers every morning goes to the forest to look for civet droppings, then we collect and sort them which are still in perfect condition or not damaged. Wild Luwak Premium Grade Coffee produced by Master Specialty Coffee comes from Aceh Gayo. Our civet coffee is Arabica type. We don't have much stock, only around 100-300 kg per month.
