The die handling railway trolley is mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path. The die handling railway trolley is designed for die, mold and heavy material handling. The capacity load of the die handling railway trolley can up to 500 tons. The die handling railway trolley can be widely used in many fields, such as worshop, warehouse, production line, assembly line, etc.


Working Principle

The die handing railway trolley is powered by low voltage railways, it makes the AC electricity power is transformed into AC 36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the die handling railway trolley conduct the AC 36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the die handling railway trolley. And then the AC 36v is transformed into DC 36v and then control the DC motor through the DC control system to make the die handling railway trolley start, stop, go forward and backward and adjust the speed and so on.
