Features and advantages

This product is amino and polyether modified multi-copolymer block silicone oil emulsion, especially suitable for processing all kinds of chemical fiber fabrics, such as polyester, nylon, acrylic and blended fabric, feel fluffy soft, smooth better; slightly yellowing, not suitable for bleaching or light-colored fabric;
This product is particularly treated polyester velvet fabric can have a very good fluffy and soft feeling, good degree of fine, can significantly improve the softening of thickened fabric;
Mixed with 803A series silicone oil suitable for cotton paint printing, to enhance the soft; Mixed with M series silicone oil suitable for cotton and poly-cotton knitted fabric feel finishing, feel soft and delicate;
Suitable for continuous processing of the process, will not bring sticky roll; also suitable for padding method, high suction rate; without APEO.

Usage

This product is 50% solid content of high concentration emulsion, can be used directly, or better using after thinning,the recommended using proportion can be diluted 1 :2.5 (20% solids) or diluted 1: 5 (10% solids), do not need to adjust the PH value;
After thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method.
exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 2-4% (owf), temperature 30-40 , 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;
Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 20-40g / l, 120 pre-bake, 150-180 stereotypes baking;

Packaging and storage

50kg or 200kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period for half a year.
