Aisi302/304/304l stainless steel balls unhardened austenitic stainless steel balls, they display good mechanical characteristics.Balls are provided in the passivated condition.
Applications: special bearings and pumps, gardening and household sprayers, perfume miniature pumps, seams, medical application valves, agricultural backpack sprayers. They are used in foodstuff, aerospace and military industry.

High tensile strength at elevated temperature

Corrosion resistance

Type 18-8 stainless steel
balls resist attack by oxidiz ing solutions, foodstuffs, sterilizing solution and most organic chemicals
They are susceptible to attack by halogen acids and moderately resistant to the sulphur acids

Annealed: rockwell b 75-95
Not annealed: rockwell c 25-39
