The screw and barrel are the key for whole machine , which is made of excellent alloy steel 38crmoal , and processed by nitriding and polishing with thickness 0.35-0.7 mm .  so it can be used longer time and has the advantage of wear-resistance , corrosion resistance . 

About temperature control system , it can be used the temperature sensor and controller to be controled automaticlly . The mode is cast aluminum to be heated and blowers to be cooled .

About the head die
The head die is made of alloy steel , high strength , good wear-resistance . Stable extrusion shape , so it is good to be applied to the water supply pipe products .

Vacuum calibrating water tank
It is made of stainless steel to guarantee the long life time using .The whole body of water tank can be divided into 2 parts . One is for vacuum control and the other part is for spray control .

It is running stable , it is not easy for the pipes to be distorted .

About the transport system , both gear and shaft parts are made of high strength alloy steel with carburizing and quenching , so it has the features of high loading capacity , stable running , low noise and high efficiency etc.
