Waste Oil Refinery Machine can be used in black engine oil, crude oil,plastic oil and shale oil, to get gasoline and diesel oil through distilled catalyst. Pumping into the heater with raw material , through the gas,fuel oil or coal heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature about 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of raw material in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again. Systems of equipment Reaction tank: raw material will be pumped into this tank from the primary filter . Heating system: by burning fuel oil ,gas or coal to make the oil temperature up to setting value. This system equips with insulation system. Catalytic system: raw material reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, and then the gaseous hydrocarbons will become gasoline and diesel composition. Cooling system: gasoline and diesel after catalytic effect can be condensed into liquid materials. Temperature control system: ensure that raw material transform into gasoline and diesel oil, raw material drying by distillation, can stop heating timely. Exhaust gas handling system: a small amount of not liquefied gas via treated, can meet emission standards. 3.Index of oil after treatment: Yield diesel oil : 86-88%, gasoline oil: 5-6%, oil residue: 6-8%. Low-speed diesel engine can be used directly.
