Extruded Polyurethane(TPU) Tube [Material Description]          Thermoplastic Polyurethane(TPU), is an (AB)n type linear polymeric chains in block-structures. A is a polyester or polyether with molecular weight (1000-6000), B is a diol containing 2-12 straight chain carbon atoms. The chemical structure of AB segments is linked by diisocyanates, usually which is MDI. The currently available TPUs can be divided mainly in two groups: polyester-based TPUs and polyether-based TPUs. TPU is white ruleless spherical or cylindrical particles with relative density of from 60A to 90D.The relative density of polyether-based TPUs is smaller than that of the polyester-based TPUs.  [Properties]                 Excellent wear resistance                 Excellent elasticity and ductility, outstanding carrying capability, impact resistance & shock absorption                 Outstanding low temperature performance: TPU has very low glass transition temperature; it has good elasticity, flexibility and other excellent physical properties.                 Wide hardness range:    60A-55D              Excellent biocompatibility  [Application]                 IV catheters, catheter sheaths  [Sizes]                 inner diameter: 0.40mm-10.00mm                 wall thickness: 0.20mm-3.00mm  [Grade]                 USP Class VI, Food & Beverage Grade, Industrial grade                 With 20-40% Baso4 developing agent  [Production Environment]                Standard Class 100,000 Cleanroom
