Made out of Heavy duty cordura nylon with metal grommets for the maximum in strength and durability. Solid steel fire and rescue locking carabineers that can support up to 1000lbs. Inside bottom of strap has 1½”- thick pads, 11½”- wide and 8”- wide heavy duty, high density rubber to support and cushion the arms during use. Side straps have been lined with a plush nylon fabric that protects the arms and makes the Ab-Strap easier and more comfortable to use
