Lc 106 is an ideal steam line anti corrosion treatment for
Boilers. It is a highly concentrated, alkaline product.
Eliminates corrosion in the outgoing steam lines and
Stabilizes ph in the condensate.
Application
For use with boilers which requires anti-corrosion treatment in the steam lines. It
Disperses with steam and forms a protection film on the inner surfaces of the
Steam pipes. Injected directly into the boiler by means of a proportioning pump.
It is environmentally safe. Do not use in boilers where steam
Contacts food.
Dosage
Initial : 1 quarts per 100 gallons or 1 : 400
Maintenance: 1 quart for every 200 gallons of make-up water or 1 : 800
Maintain ph of 7.5 – 8.5 in the steam line of system. Maintain sulfite of 30 – 60
Ppm along with lc 106. Maintain the conductivity less than 5000 mho/cm.
Handling & precaution
Lc 106 is an alkaline product and should be handled with care to prevent
Personal injury. Wear protective clothing and eye protection. In case of contact
With skin, immediately flush with water. In case of contact with eye, flush with
Water for 15 minutes and obtain immediate medical attention. Triple rinse used
Cans before reuse or disposal.
