We have two type of Lab machine: Lab22 and Lab30 with three type cutting system: strand, water ring and air cooling die face cutting.
Salient Features of co-rotating twin screw extruder Lab22:
1) Main motor 4kw, L/D=42
2) One venting port and one vacuum port
3) Screw rpm: 60-600rpm
4) The output capacity: 5~15kg/h
5) One mixer, one main feeder and one side feeder
6) Strand cutting unit with water bath, air blower, pelletizier and classifier;
7) Control panel, soft water cooling system and vacuum system are inside the base of extruder.


Painted with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, fumigation cost is on Buyer's side, if any.
