Litharge, which is or reddish, odorless, heavy, earthy, water-insoluble, solid, PbO, used chiefly in the manufacture of Lead Stabilizers (Lead Steareates), pottery, Lead glass, paints, enamels, and inks. Litharge is also called lead monoxide, lead oxide, plumbous oxide.
