It is mainly used in areas of coal dust, coal slurry, middlings, coke powder, coking coal or scrap powder in metallurgy, and refractories. Ball press machine is always needed when powdery materials need smelting.

Working principle
After being screened, only the powder with a size less than 3mm can be sent into the ball press machine. The size of the briquette will be 35mm*25mm*15mm. Under the requirement of client, we can produce press machine that can make spificic size of balls with a bulk density of 1.9-2.2g/cm3 and the hardness as that of a quick lime block. The finished products needs screening, only qualified ones can be stored and waits for being smelt.
