AllMagTM Superparamagnetic Silica Nanosphere is designed for nucleic acid purification. This kind of nanosphere has a core-shell structure of magnetite-rich core and inorganic silica shell, with large numbers of silanol groups on the surface. By mixing with a chaotropic solution and AllMagTM Superparamagnetic Silica Spheres, nucleic acid can be rapidly isolated. These products can be used for different kinds of nucleic acid purification, such as extraction of chromosome from blood, chromosome from bacteria, virus DNA/RNA, PCR fragments and plasmid DNA.
