Aseptic processing - which is also known as Ultra High Temperature (UHT), involves heating the milk using state-of-the-art sterile equipment and filling it under aseptic by Tetra Pak hermetically sealed packaging. The product is termed "long life / shelf stable" and does not need refrigeration until opened. The shelf life is 6 months. 1600 case of 12 liters in 20ft container / 240ml 250ml packs also available.
