These water based peelable coatings which have been developed first time in india. Dry film acts as temporary protective coating . Film will be crystal clear, transparent, and elastic. It can be easily peeled off when desired. Non-toxic, non-hazardous, non flammable, eco friendly coatings Our range / series of peelable coatings and their sub grades as per product end useage :- 1) Kleairpeel (water soluble film after drying - can be peeled off when required) 2) Easipeel (water resistant film after drying - can be peeled off when required) 3) Propeel (water proof film after drying - can be peeled off when required) but still under R&D for better perfection in the product in this series. All above products are Water Based Liquids , ready to use and are Air Drying. They can be applied by a Hand Roller, Painting Brush, Regular Spray Gun or a Roller Coating Machine in accordance to the product selected. All the equipments can be washed with water after the work is over. All Coatings dry in about 20-30 minutes depending on the external temperature. A minimum dry film thickness of 100-150 microns is required for perfect peeling and protection. Some products require a minimum curing time of 12-24 hours (according to weather conditions) for perfect film formation before it is peeled off. Depending on the product selected for use all the dry films will have different degree of water resistance in Dry film. Forced drying by mild heat (35-45 deg C for a few minutes) will accelerate the curing, thereby reducing the curing / drying time.
