Cold Rolled Steel Bar Cold rolled steel is produced by a rolling metal forming process where the metal stock passes through one or more pairs of rolls to provide uniformity and reduce the thickness of the metal. If the temperature of the metal being rolled is below its recrystallization temperature, the process is called cold rolling.
