Reverse osmosis, also known as reverse osmosis, is a membrane separation operation in which the solvent is separated from the solution by using the pressure difference as the driving force. Apply pressure to the solution on one side of the membrane, when the pressure exceeds its osmotic pressure, the solvent will reverse osmosis against the direction of natural osmosis. Thus, on the low-pressure side of the membrane, the solvent is permeated, i.e., permeate; on the high-pressure side, the solution is concentrated, i.e., concentrate. Reverse osmosis membrane can remove 99.5% of the salt, commonly used in municipal water, groundwater, brackish water, seawater and other desalination treatment, compared with other purification processes, reverse osmosis device can be low-cost production of high-quality water
