Product Description The high-pressure rubber hoses feature chromed brass fittings and are designed to meet the EN 250:2014 standard. They have a maximum working pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar) and a burst pressure rating of 20000 psi (1400 bar). Typically, an HP hose has a 7/16-inch male fitting at the end that screws into the first stage HP port and a 7/16-inch female swivel fitting at the end that attaches to the SPG. Our most popular HP hose lengths are 24 inches (61 cm) for doubles, 26 inches (66 cm) for singles, and 30 inches (76 cm) for consoles. All high-pressure hoses utilize an 'air spool' with two small o-rings to connect the swivel connector on the hose to the gauge fitting. If the air spool is worn or missing, the HP hose will leak at the swivel. The air spool is not included with the hose, but we recommend replacing it when you replace the hose. The standard spool has a central flange, but some SPGs, particularly those with plastic bodies, may only accept a spool without a shoulder. In such cases, you will need to reuse the air spool from the SPG.
