Distilled monoglycerides(DMG) Distilled monoglycerides(DMG) are monoglycerides that are synthesized and undergo molecular distillation technique to separate and concentrate the monoglycerides from some diglycerides (and triglycerides). It is done because monoglycerides are considered much more effective emulsifiers than diglycerides.
