The G4 green chilli is the fruit of plants from the genus Capsicum, members of the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The substances that give chilli peppers their intensity when ingested or applied topically are capsaicin (8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide) and several related chemicals, collectively called capsaicinoids. Green Chilli has bright green colour, healthy flawless skin and is full of flavour. It is widely used in its raw form to spice up a meal and add flavor
