We focus on a commodity product typical of North Sumatra, namely fresh ginger. With variants of white ginger and red ginger products weighing more than 100gr. The advantage of products being grown organically under the foot of Mount Merapi which has high soil minerals, so that it can produce organic products of the highest quality. One of the characteristics of our ginger is that the high content of Gingerol reaches 33% and essential oils reaching 3.3%.
