Dear colleagues, We are selling JET A1 aviation kerosene at a contracted price of $79 per barrel plus a partnership agreement fee of $7. The product originates from Qatar and is being sold by a European company. The minimum order volume is 2,000,000 barrels and the sale is on an FOB Rotterdam basis with a Tank to Tank procedure. The contract is yearly. To place an order, the buyer must provide the following documents: ICPO, TSA agreement and BCL. The application will not be accepted without all of these documents. All documents must be made for and by one company. Scanned copies only will be accepted. The Tank to Tank Procedure includes the following steps: 1. The buyer provides the ICPO, TSA agreement, BCL and passport to the seller. 2. The seller issues a commercial invoice for the buyer to sign. 3. Upon receiving the signed invoice, the seller issues a DTA to the buyer. 4. Upon receiving the DTA, the buyer endorses and signs it. The seller then issues the PPOP document with SGS report, TSR, injection report authorization, and authorization to verify product in seller's tank. 5. The buyer inspects the product at their expense and sends the TSR. 6. If the dip test is successful, the product is immediately injected into the buyer's tanks and payment is made through an MT103/TT. 7. An annual contract will be signed after the first successful lift from the Rotterdam tanks.
