Aseptically packed puree 100% calamansi product is derived from processing of sound mature, green to yellowish green calamansi fruits. the fruits are properly sorted, washed, pulped and strained through stainless steel screens, deaerated, sterilized, cooled, and filled into pre-strelized aseptic bags. the product is free from extraneous materials. processes employed are in accordance to "Good Manufacturing Practices" and under strict sanitary conditions.
