1. Overview: Standard  beryllium  copper  alloys contain close to 2% beryllium, while the beryllium content in proprietary alloys can range from 1.5% to 2.7%.  In its age hardened condition, beryllium copper attains the highest strength and hardness of any commercial copper-based alloy. We focus on the production of beryllium copper strips of various sizes, including C17200 and C17410. The beryllium in C17200 strip is 1.8% - 2.0% while C17410 contains 0.15% - 0.5% of beryllium. The Thickness of our products ranges from 0.01MM to 0.8MM 2. C17200 Chemical Composition: beryllium 1.8-2.0% 3. C17410 Chemical Composition: beryllium 0.15-0.5% 4. C17200 Typical Physical Properties - Elastic Modulus: 130GPa - Melting Point(Solidus): 870 oC - Electrical Conductivity/Resistivity: 20-25% IACS - Density: 8.36g/cm3 - Thermal Expansion Coefficient (20 °C to 200 °C): 17.3x10-6 m/m °C - Thermal Conductivity (25 oC): 110W/mK 5.
