Young, tender sprouts are carefully picked around their 88th day to create "Kinpo", one of Satoen's most famous teas. Amongst the morning mist in a small number of mountain fields, tea masters work to bring out the fine aroma of the sprouts using all of their skill. Even tea connoisseurs will be surprised.
