Drinking coffee is currently part of people's lifestyles and its existence cannot be far from the lifestyle of consuming coffee at least once a day. Coffee is considered to improve mood so that it can make you more enthusiastic and productive in carrying out daily activities. Robusta coffee is a variety of coffee that is widely produced in Indonesia, especially in Central Java. Robusta coffee can be grown at lower altitudes up to 500-700 masl. The fertilization process is carried out 1-2 times over a period of 1 year using organic fertilizer (depending on the region). Harvesting of coffee cherries is done when the cherries are red and then goes through the wet process stage. The easily identifiable characteristics of Robusta coffee appear in the seeds which tend to be round and tend to be small in size, namely 6.5 mm in diameter. Known for its distinctive taste (bitter, slightly sour) and its strong aroma, some people know this coffee as Java Mocha with a high caffeine content. Because it has a bitter taste, Robusta coffee is suitable for fans of strong coffee and is usually found in espresso mixtures, which will later be added with milk and cream at the time of serving.
