In 2021, it was estimated that Indonesia produced around 2.77 million tons of coconut with it's derivative products such as Crude Coconut Oil (CNO), Cooking Oil (RBD CNO), Copra, Coconut Briquette Charcoal, Coconut Fiber, Coconut Peat (Cocopeat / Coco Peat), Desiccated Coconut, Virgin Coconut Oil, and Copra Meal.


Coco Coir is natural fiber made out of coconut husks. The extraction of coconut fiber from husks gives us this byproduct called coco-peat, which is a 100% natural growing medium. It is naturally anti-fungal, making it an excellent choice to start seed but it is also used in rugs, ropes, brushes, and as stuffing. Cocopeat gardening is also used as a soil amendment, potting mix, and in hydroponic production.
