Suusamyr mountain honey conveys the botanical richness of the still preserved environment of the mountains : clean air, bright sun and no chemicals. In spring everything blooms in the mountains : trees, flowers, shrubs and herbs. Honey is harvested from such melliferous plants as Acacia, Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Bird cherry, Wild rose, Honeysuckle, Willow and Primroses. This honey differs from years to years, as the quality of honey depends on the mountain slope. Suusamyr honey is usually very fragrant, delicate, with a moderate floral aroma, strongly tickling nostrils with a very rich sweet fruity taste. It has different colors, but as a rule, from yellow to light brown.
