Buyer's Bank or Buyer's Investor/Financer Bank in accordance with seller's verbiage shall issue within Five (5) Working Days Banking Instrument of One (1) Month Quantity Value DLC (Irrevocable, Divisible, Revolving) within Five (5) Working Days to the designated bank stated in the SPA failing which a 2% Penalty on the value of the DLC to be Paid to the Seller by the Buyer. 6.
