We carefully prepare a 12-hour wet fermentation process of arabica coffee cherry prior to full washing process. We serve both wet and dry fermentation upon customer request. The following step involves washing the fermented coffee cherry with pure water. We ensure that the washing process has removed all mucus from the fermented coffee cherry. The clean coffee beans are then sun-dried in a greenhouse until the moisture content is 12%. It takes between five and seven days, depending on the weather. After a huller machine separates the shells from the beans, coffee beans in the form of green beans are prepared to be roasted.
