XH9800 is a SOC (system on chip) for rapid development of Bluetooth low energy related products. It contains a fully compatible system with Bluetooth V5.0 (LE mode). Users can develop various applications based on embedded 32-bit high-performance microcontrollers. XH9800 adopts innovative technology to integrate audio codec, PMU (lithium battery charger + LDO), SPI flash memory in XIP mode, IIC, UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, etc. in one chip, providing customers with: 1. Bluetooth Smart firmware includes L2CAP service layer protocol, SM (Security Manager), ATT (Attribute Protocol), GATT (Generic Attribute Profile) and GAP (Generic Access Profile). Additionally, application configuration files such as health thermometer, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, Human Interface Device (HID) and SDK (including drivers, OS APIs, etc.) are supported.
