Grown directly in Temanggung, Central Java. This kind of coffee is unique because the processing method is different from others. It called wine process. The process of wine or coffee that has gone through fermentation, has gone through a long drying process of about 30-60 days, depending on the weather. If the fermentation process is long, the coffee beans will release the taste and aroma of wine.
