Copra is coconut flesh that has gone through a drying process. Copra is usually used as a head derivative product which of course has a very important role as a raw material for making coconut oil and its derivatives. Copra can also be used as animal feed. There are 3 types of copra, including white copra or wet copra, smoked copra or dried copra, and sun-dried copra. High quality copra is made from coconuts that are 300 days old and weigh around 3-4 kg, resulting in copra with a water content of about 6-7 percent so that it is not susceptible to nuisance organisms
