Fresh coconut ready to eat. The hard shell is removed, the coconut is cleaned and sterilized in a patented process and then vacuum packed for shipment. Each coconut contains an average of 400ml of coconut water. Drink the invigorating water and then slice up the white meat for healthy snacks or dips, or grate and use in curries.
