We are producing a halloumi type Grillcheese. The difference between our Grillcheese and other similar products is, that our product is made of whole milk. Therefore, Halloumi type cheese that is manufactured by us is much tastier, smoother than the products that are made with skimmed milk. The fat of the milk gives the taste of the cheese.
