Ultrasonic atomizer nozzles are a flow through design. Ultrasonic nozzles operate by converting high frequency sound waves into mechanical energy that is transferred into a liquid, creating standing waves. Liquid is pumped at the rear of the probe and travels down through the center until it reaches the vibrating tip. Once it reaches the tip portion of the nozzle, ultrasonic vibrations pulverize the liquid into ultra-fine particles for precise coating applications without the use of air pressure. Applications: 1. Dust Suppression 2. Humidification 3. Cooling 4. Odor control 5. Paper cutting 6. Cleaning 7. Thermal power plant 8. Chemical Plant 9. Crushing and screening buildings Customization of material and connections upon request.
