Thoroughly clean and dry the area to be bleached. With a spatula, measure about one quarter teaspoon powder and put in the cup provided. Clean spatula, measure about one-half teaspoon of cream. blend powder and cream well. Apply mixture with spatula covering hair completely. keep the mixture on for about ten minutes. remove with a spatula. If hair is not completely bleached, reapply the mixture of another five to ten minutes.
