ASKLA medical face mask production line.

The line is fully automatic and enables the production of both surgical and hygienic masks.
The process is stable and efficient. The line enables the production of single-use masks made of 2 or 3 layers of material, depending on the masks produced. The production process is as follows:
1) Development of the input material
2) Initial material formation
3) Location of the nose modeling insert
4) Welding materials
5) Obtaining the required shape of the mask after welding
6) Unrolling and welding the elastic
7) Forming the final product
8) Packing the finished product
PLC control, operation via touch screen.
