Dates, Irene brand, 2020 harvest. Collected and packed by hand on a farm in Iran. Elite grade. The pectin and dietary fiber found in dates reduce the risk of certain cancers and have a beneficial effect on the digestive system. Dates contain no cholesterol at all. The product is low in calories, despite the high content of carbohydrates, so they are recommended to be used instead of sweets during diets. Dates are packed by hand in cardboard boxes of 500 + grams.
