Payment : SBLC issue from buyer bank and send by swift / Payment will make by Mt-103 after delivery!

P.S1.: For save time please tell your buyer they calculate voyage time to delivery port, :

1- Delivery port name should give by buyer
2- Buyer full details address, phone email must give (no ghost buyer)
3- BUYER BANK FULL DETAILS

Sales Terms (Not open for negotiations) :

1-) BUYER GIVE ABOVE 3 INFORMATION !
2-) Seller sends Proforma SPA for both side sign and stamp
3-) Buyer bank send SBLC
4-) Loading process will start on time.
5-) After delivery and SGS inspection buyer pay amount by MT-103 in 24 hours before discharging.

PS1: Inspection will make by SGS only for loading port (at seller cost) and if of request at discharging port SGS inspection (at buyer cost)

Validity: 5 business days from now on. for contract sign and SBLC
