What we love about this bar is the subtle crunch of the macadamia nut. The bar presents a consistent nutty aroma throughout the bar. We also have this bar in 80%. The 70% is smooth, not acidic and bitter or brittle just like the 80% macadamia, but slightly less rich in the amount of cacao.
