Seller issues SPA/MOU, NCNDA, and CI (commercial invoice) TO BUYER and BUYER Signed and returned them to the SELLER within 3 banking days. 3.Buyer instructs the bank to ISSUE Pre-Advise or Proof of Fund swift via MT199 or MT799 TO SELLER'S FIDUCIARY BANK. AFTER RECEIPT OF SWIFT COPY, SELLER'S BANK OFFICER ISSUE the Sanitized POP documents as listed below; a. Declaration of product ownership b. Analysis test report c. Certificate of Origin d. Bill of Lading e. Ullage Report f. Vessel Notice g. Cargo Manifest h. Vessel Q88 TO BUYER'S BANK OFFICER'S Official Email. 4. BUYER BANK OFFICER verify Sanitized POP documents and BUYER'S BANK OFFICER counters to ISSUE SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 To Seller nominated bank account for spot deal within maximum 5 banking days. 5. Upon received and confirmed of the above payment guarantee, the seller will issue a Performance Bond (PB) 2% after receiving the instrument ( SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 ) from the buyer's bank. 6. And seller issues Approval to export certificate, Export license certificate, Authorization to board vessel (ATB), and Dip test Authorization (DTA), and all shipping documents will be reissued in buyer�¢??s name and the vessel will be sent to the buyer�¢??s discharge point/port. 6. Upon the arrival of the vessel at the buyer�¢??s discharge point, the buyer pays the remaining total product value after successful CIQ/SGS or equivalent inspection via TT/MT103 and title of product ownership transferred to the buyer. 7.
