The jaw crusher is of curved extrusion type. When working, the motor drives the belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, so as to push the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate. The material can be multi broken through the extrusion, rubbing and grinding between the two jaw plates. When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate is under the action of the pull rod and spring. After leaving the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are unloaded freely through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging to achieve mass production.
