The Pregelatinized Rice Flour Pregelatinized is a product from extruded rice grain polished and selected.Dried and Grinded. Functional Features and Applications The rice flour has a smooth texture with cooking and white color. This product is hypoallergenic and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (which may be used as a substitute for wheat in the preparation of gluten-free products). The pregelatinized rice flour can be used for thickening and water retention without use of heat.
