The Banana chips is made from a traditionally cultivated and selected Nendran banana. The banana is first cleaned and washed to remove the residues and the skin is peeled off and the banana is sliced to thin size. Then it is been fried in the deep oil fryer, then the excess oil which is absorbed during the cooking stage is removed to extend the shelf life and then it is flavored with rock salt, Himalayan Salt or flavours depends upon the customer requirment it is then packed.
