Tapioca Chips is a product which is made from selected Tapioca. It is processed and sliced in thin shape to avoid sticky nature in mouths. And it is cooked in a deep oil fry pan to get uniform frying and to get uniform color and crispiness. Then the excess oil is removed absorbed during the process of cooking, this will extend the Shelf life of the final product. Then the product is coated with spices and other flavors like cream onion, chilly, tomato etc.,
