We processed Kabayaki from Pangasius (Vietnam local name "Cha") lives in the River of Mecon where 2 million tons being cultured every year and exported to Japan, EU, USA and worldwide upon duly cleared the Standards of the Agrichemicals and the Antibiotics. The meat is pure white and no smell.
